Mike went above & beyond with facilitating the sale of my home. He set up the Open House for the property by the 1st weekend. He kept me informed almost daily with updates & the offers received. Mike was excellent and did a great job of accommodating my schedule when I was looking at houses and would frequently go out of his way to meet me on very short notice. In addition, the purchase process for the house I did wind up buying wound up being complicated because of a unique situation with the sellers. Mike went above and beyond being persistent with the sellers, essentially doing the job of the seller's agent in addition to his job, and keeping me informed about what was happening. He persisted for the five months that it took for us to close (again, through no fault of his) and kept us updated the entire time. I would definitely recommend Mike to anyone who needs an agent in Mike's area and would absolutely call him again if I'm in the market again.

Selected Michael since he was courteous, informative (providing a no obligation personal analysis of my property and the market) and hard working. I met with many agents several attempts trying to sell my house my self and learned you need a quality person. I learned that Michael Polis is that person. Micheal went above and beyond during the entire process. He was always available worked in my best interest throughout the process. I am certain that no one would have done a better job selling my property. I was throughly impressed as he fulfilled every promise throughout the entire process. I was throughly impressed with the services of Mike and I am certain that no one could have done a better job selling my home.

When my husband and I were thinking of selling our home after almost 30 years we were very fortunate to meet Michael Polis outside his office at a street fare in Massapequa Park. In our brief discussion, Michael came accross as being very knowledgeable about sales in the area. Within a few days Michael stopped by our home and dropped off a folder with detailed information about recent sales in our neighborhood. While we never felt pressured It was a easy decision to trust Michael with the sale of our home. We set up an appointment with Michael where he sat down with us and went over the process step by step which was great as we were first time sellers and did not know where to start. Within a week were having pictures taken of our home for the listing and then open house showings the following few weekends. As this was Now July of 2022 and home sales were slowing down, my husband and I were getting a bit anxious. Michael was always upbeat and was confident we would get a buyer. Sure enough by early August we were in Contract and very happy with the offer. Michael continued to guide us in the next steps with the Home Inspection and other issues that popped up before the closing. He was always readily available and showed up for every transaction. Selling our home of 30 years was a very emotional process for us as we had wonderful memories of raising our two kids there. When it came time to hand over the keys to the new owners, Michael was there and even made us smile through our tears. From start to finish Michael Polis was amazing. I can't recommend him highly enough.

I was first trying to sell my parents home on my own or sell to my children. Mike was very considerate and understanding and gave me the space I needed to make my own decisions on how I was handling the situation. He would call me just checking in. He was never annoying or pushy and because of his actions when it was time to put the home on the market I turned to him. Mike was very knowledgable of the area and you can tell he loves what he does. Mike started as a broker but became a good friend. He also helped my children find there dream home. My daughter's Maid of Honor as well and my son-in-law's good friends home to. Mike is a broker but his kind ways of caring for his clients he makes them feel like family and not a business deal. Thank God everything went smoothly. No complaints. Mike was on top of everything. Dealing with lawyers that don't return calls. He was there for everything on all the sales he did for our family! The Best, Would Never use another broker. And let me tell you there were many I would of loved to throw through a wall. But Mike and I got to know each other and I am thankful for all his hard work and dedication. The past comments say it all. I know if Mike Polis left Coldwell Banker American Homes we would all follow him! Sorrt Coldwell!

Mike came to an open house we hosted as we originally were selling the home ourselves. After meeting him, we were very impressed by his level of knowledge and his high people skills, we hired him immediately.
